Yes. VRV and VRF suit buildings where every space needs its own control. We size the system, run the pipework, wire it, set up the controls and commission it. Because the electrical is ours too, there is no gap between the mechanical scope and the board.
Yes. Chilled water and packaged plant share a room with the switchboard, the pumps and the controls, and on most sites that is exactly where the coordination falls over. We hold the mechanical and the electrical, so the plant, the power and the controls get commissioned together instead of across three visits.
Yes. R22 refrigerant is obsolete and generally cannot be repaired if the system fails. Replacement can require pipework changes because newer systems often use different interconnecting pipe sizes. We handle the removal, pipework and new install as one scope.
A hygiene clean strips out what a filter change cannot reach. Dust and moisture build up inside the unit over a humid summer, and that turns into mould, smell and a system working harder to move the same air. How often depends on the environment, so we look at the unit.
Yes. Cleans, regassing, servicing and fault-finding keep the system running properly. We offer maintenance programs for commercial and industrial systems where reliability matters, and we attend call-outs when something stops.
